North Shore Disaster Recovery
Plan
Recent events bring home the necessity for each resident to have
an up-to-date disaster recovery plan. The Board is in the
process of establishing Street Captains to assist residents should a
disaster befall our community.
We urge each resident to read the following documents. If
you have neighbors that do not have Internet access, please print
out copies and distribute them. It may save lives!

We Need Your Email Address!
If we could email you information we can save valuable resources!
The cost of paper, ink, postage, time to stuff envelopes by multiple
people, trips to the Post Office - all of these add up to a lot of
money and time. If we had your email address we could
eliminate most (but not all) of these unnecessary expenditures.
Your email address is also required for us to send you a password
needed to access areas and documents not open to the general public.
Please create an email and send it to
communications@nspoa.org, requesting your user id and
password. Be certain the request contain each of the following (they
will be validated against our census records):
- Full Name
- Lot Number(s)
- Email address
- Home Phone Number
- Postal Mailing Address (Street, City, State, Zip)
If you already receive email from NSPOA, you do NOT need to
resubmit.
Thanks!

the Board is complete when the meeting is adjourned. However,
some Board members may stay after the meeting to address questions
or concerns from Association members.
Board meetings are usually held on the third Monday of each month
at 4:00 PM. For a complete listing of all scheduled meetings,
