Architectural Standards

Before building your home or making any exterior changes to homes, NSPOA property owners must fill out an application for design review and apply to the Architectural Review Committee for approval of their project.

Here are a few examples of what may seem to be minor exterior changes which may be overlooked, but should be applied for:

• Mailbox standards
• Exterior repainting and reroofing
• Changing your driveway
• Extensive changes to landscaping
• Clear cutting (tree removal)
• Installation of exterior lights

The Review Committee, along with property owner participation, helps maintain NSPOA's natural beauty, protects property values, and safeguards your investment in your home.
