Community Access - CTA
The North Shore POA is located within Carolina Trace. Carolina Trace is a gated community and the common elements, including the gatehouse and its policies are managed by the Carolina Trace Association (CTA). Visit www.carolinatrace.org for more details.
CTA provides E-sticker access to the community for residents. E-sticker access is valid for all residents at all three entrances to Carolina Trace. Tailgating is prohibited.
Your visitors are welcomed into the community only through the main, manned entrance off of NC-87. CTA provides a free Gate Sentry account for CT residents, which allows easy access to visitors and real-time notification when they are granted access to the community.
